Noxy is a personal, non-commercial anime discovery and navigation interface. We respect rights holders and will review complete copyright complaints about links, references, metadata, or embedded third-party sources shown through the site.

Non-hosting policy

Noxy does not store media files on its servers. We link to information and third-party playback sources. If you believe linked content infringes your rights, contact the host responsible for that content first.

Removing a link, embed, title page, or reference from Noxy does not remove the original content from the internet or from a third-party host. For permanent removal of hosted files, please contact the service that stores or serves the content.

Good-faith takedown requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized agent and believe that material accessible through Noxy infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown request. Please make sure the request is accurate and complete so it can be reviewed quickly.

What to include

  • Your full legal name and, if applicable, the company or rights holder you represent.
  • Your email address and enough contact information for follow-up.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact Noxy URL where the allegedly infringing link, embed, image, or reference appears.
  • The exact third-party URL, iframe source, or host URL if you can identify it.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send requests

Send copyright requests through the contact page. Include “DMCA” or “Copyright removal request” in your message so it can be identified correctly.

Review and response

Valid requests will be reviewed and handled as appropriate. Incomplete requests may require additional information before action can be taken.

When a request is valid, Noxy may remove or disable access to the referenced link, embed, page, image, or metadata from the site. We may also keep a record of notices for abuse prevention and compliance tracking.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringement

Noxy may restrict, remove, or block access to repeated references, links, or sources that are the subject of valid copyright complaints. We may also take steps to limit abusive submissions or repeated misuse of the site.

Misrepresentation

Please do not submit false or misleading takedown requests. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may create legal liability.
